There has been a lot of talk about the SARS epidemic recently, comparing it with the coronavirus outbreak. We now know that this comparison is not really pertinent. The Covis-19 outbreak is obviously more serious in term of both public health and economic impact. So let’s look back at the Tohoku disaster.
